GPS / GNSS Repeaters Bringing the Signal Inside

You can bring satellite signals indoors with our military grade GNSS repeating and retransmission systems which makes it possible to do repairs out of sight, inside your hangar or bunker. Indeed, we can help you locate GNSS repeaters inside vehicles and aircraft for use in the field. Troops get a stronger GPS signal and longer battery life on their devices, and it also enables applications like HALO 4 and HAHO 5. GPS repeaters are also ideal for product testing, especially inside anechoic chambers. We also offer high performance, rugged, self-contained portable GNSS repeater solutions for rapid deployment.

RF over Fibre Solutions

Chronos supplies RF over fibre solutions which offer very low signal loss plus enhanced security, enabling connections over several kilometres without the need for amplification. That makes the solution ideal for government and defence buildings, or for Distributed Antenna System (DAS) applications.

Assured, Reliable, Accurate PNT

We partner with Microchip and Septentrio to provide resilient GNSS services for military applications. Assured, reliable and accurate PNT is key to successful operations, the data must be reliable and truthful even under the most demanding conditions. Accurate position and navigation are vital for ground vehicles while reliable time signals synchronise communications. Critical infrastructure such as power and telecommunications installations also rely on assured PNT to counter malicious jamming and spoofing attacks.

Enabling GPS / GNSS Application Underground

Available all around the globe for positioning, navigation, and timing, GPS and GNSS signals cannot reach underground facilities. Operators and personnel are then deprived of the formidable advantages of geolocation, both for safety and management efficiency.

More powerful than a GNSS repeater, and capable of being tailored to customers’ use cases, Syntony’s SubWAVE can generate, in real time, genuine GNSS coordinates computable by standard receivers. Operators can monitor their whole network and locate in real time their assets and personnel with longitude, latitude, and altitude coordinates.

GNSS Simulators

Simulate corrupted/degraded satellite signals with a GNSS Simulator to test the integrity of your systems.

GNSS Disciplined Oscillators

Chronos’ partnership with Viavi Solutions enables us to offer the former Jackson Labs GPS modules, subsystems and box-level solutions that include front-end receivers, transcoders, rack-mounted equipment and patented retrofit technology.

Solutions include GPS Disciplined Oscillator Timing Modules with different holdovers to suit a variety of military applications.

GNSS Distribution Systems

Using RF over fibre solutions, Chronos can securly distribute GNSS across an entire building (manufacturing, data centres, test labs etc) to enable indoor testing / timing of GNSS with either repeaters over the air or hard wired to each receiver.

GNSS Jamming & Interference Detection & Location

Chronos can supply handheld GPS jamming and interference detectors for use in the field to detect and locate the source of interference and intentional signal attacks.
