AsteRx RBi3 Pro GNSS Receiver
AsteRx RBi3 Pro GNSS/INS multi-frequency receiver delivers reliable centimeter-level positioning together with orientation. It is designed to withstand the harshest of working environments in terms of temperature, corrosion as well as shock and vibration.
Reliable positioning in harsh environments
Ultra-rugged housing combined with multi-frequency tracking and GNSS+ algorithms make AntaRx RBi3 Pro the ideal GNSS receiver for applications that require accurate position in chemically aggressive environments, harsh temperatures, and high mechanical stress.
Most reliable operation with INS
The integrated INS (Inertial Navigation System) ensures the highest positioning performance and orientation data. Continuity of positioning is maintained even during short GNSS outages when the line-of-sight to satellites is lost due to obstructions. With the dual-antenna option, AsteRx RBi3 Pro also provides precise, position-independent heading, which is available immediately at the start of operation.
Heading option
With optional dual-antenna input, AsteRx RBi3 Pro provides precise, reliable and position independent heading combined with centimeter-level RTK. GNSS heading provides unmatched performance in both static and dynamic conditions removing the reliance on vehicle dynamics or magnetic sensors.
Ease of integration
The AsteRx RBi3 Pro integrates seamlessly into any system thanks to fully documented machine interfaces, commands and data messages. Septentrio’s open interfaces and software tools (WebUI, RxTools) make it easy to the integrate, configure and control the AsteRx RBi3 Pro receiver.
The GNSS+ technologies – top performance in challenging environments
Mechanical vibrations or shocks caused by rough terrain can wreak havoc with satellite tracking. LOCK+ automatically adjusts the parameters of this receiver so you never lose position.
Activity in the ionosphere is a problem for GNSS signals, from loss of RTK fix to total loss of signal lock. Having honed our skills, supporting applications in the most iono-active areas on Earth, the result is IONO+: the most advanced protection against ionospheric disturbances to GNSS signals on any receiver.
Metal and large nearby structures can reflect GNSS signals and produce multipath. The APME+ system effectively disentangles direct and reflected signals enhancing both position and measurement quality. APME+ is bias free and, in line with Septentrio’s commitment to maximum configurability, can be disabled.
Advanced Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (RAIM+) comprises fault detection mechanisms of the receiver at all the levels including the generation of measurements, quality control and navigation algorithms. Detected faulty measurements, which are typically caused by high multipath or active ionosphere, are removed from the solution.
AIM+ anti-jamming and RF spectrum monitoring system
AIM+ offers built-in protection against intentional and unintentional jamming using a sophisticated system of sampling and mitigation mechanisms. Your high-precision GNSS receiver can automatically suppress the widest variety of interferers from simple continuous narrow-band signals to the more complex wide band and pulsed transmitters as well as lnmarsat and Iridium satellite transmissions.
