The MD-300 Series modules are compact, MEMS-based TCXO or OCXO GNSS Disciplined Oscillators with a 2.5″ x 1.5″ footprint for board or chassis mounting. The module features an embedded dual-band multi-GNSS receiver (GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC L5) and includes multiple outputs: 10 MHz sine wave (other frequencies available), differential RF, and 1PPS. Operating temperature: -40 °C to +85 °C.
