Product Information
The ViaLite GPS fibre optic link allows for timing distribution and accurate synchronisation using GPS-derived timing signals. The links are a reliable method for transporting GPS signals from antennas to receivers/repeaters, and provide a simple solution for signal distribution over long distances and to inaccessible locations.
Hardware Formats
The Metro GPS link is available in several formats:
- Single rack card
- Dual rack card (Rx/RX, Tx/Tx or Rx/Tx)
- Standalone M-link module (pictured)
- Edge OEM module
ViaLiteHD fibre optic links are available as rack mounted cards, small form factor modules and Edge OEM modules.
A fully populated 19” 3U ViaLiteHD rack supports up to 26 links and accepts 13 RF cards plus an SNMP card and dual power supply modules. A 1U chassis accepts three RF cards or two RF cards plus an SNMP card.
Standalone blue M-links offer a compact, single link solution and Edge OEM modules allow system integrators and equipment manufacturers to build RF/optical interfaces into their own design. A range of support modules and accessories including indoor rack equipment and weatherproof outdoor enclosures is also available.
